Thousands of companion pets end up in overpopulated shelter every year. There are many reasons why; new baby, moving, homeless and of course finances. All of these reasons can't be helped but our community can fix the financial burden of pet food on already financially struggling pet owners right here in our parish. You can make the shelter intake percentages decrease just by donating. Pet Kibble and canned food are always welcome and needed, drop off locations can be found here. With as little as $25 or a large bag of kibble you can help feed several pets for a month and you would be saving lives from ever going to the overpopulated shelters. If you chooses to help your community with a monetary donation please consider splitting your donation into a weekly or monthly recurring donation. This greatly helps us budget throughout the year and plan for new pet food banks in other areas.
